Through my education and over 15 years of experience, I've developed a passion for helping people through coaching. Many of us face challenges when it comes to decision-making and aligning with what we want in life, in other words, our vision. My Ph.D. research on education and career transitions taught me key transformational tools that support personal and business advancement. Also, my experience working with individuals, couples, families, colleges and university, and the corporate world taught me a great wealth of practical strategies to restore alignment to vision or purpose. I am excited to share all these skills with you to build more resilience, growth, prosperity, and fulfilment in your life.

- Advanced Education: B.A. in Development Studies, B.A. in Theology, MSc. in Planning, Ph.D. in Education Policy Studies, and trained in Management Development.
- Extensive Experience: I have an interdisciplinary background and apply a multi-disciplinary approach in tackling specific areas of life. Working for over 15 years with individuals, couples, families and businesses, and as a researcher, teacher in college and university and trainer in the corporate world, I have taught and built the capacity of many for success. Also, I have trained many on how to take control of their mental health and have seen postive changes.
